I ordered two pairs in my usual size, neither one fit the way I expected. The waistband was super tight, but the legs was weirdly loose, so they felt like they were made for a completely different body shape.
I even checked the size chart before ordering, which made it more frustrating. One pair also felt smaller than the other even though the tags said the exact same size.
Returning them ended up being more of a hassle than I wanted to deal with. I probably won’t order from memoi.com again unless the sizing gets a lot more consistent.

They felt really tight on me, and I couldn’t keep them on for very long. Maybe they’d work better for someone else, but for me they definitely weren’t comfortable...

I ordered from memoi.com and, to be fair, the items were totally fine once they finally got here. But the shipping experience was frustrating. The tracking barely updated, and the package arrived later than expected, so I was kind of left waiting without knowing what was going on. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect clearer updates and a more reliable delivery timeline. The products were okay, but the shipping side definitely needs improvement.

I ordered from MeMoi and ended up needing to return a couple of items, but the whole process was way more confusing than it should’ve been. The instructions weren’t clear, and I felt like I had to keep following up just to get basic information.
Customer service was slow to respond, and when they finally did, the replies were really short and didn’t actually solve the problem. I get that things happen, but a company should be willing to take responsibility and guide customers properly when there’s an issue.

I’m still waiting on my refund, which is frustrating. At this point, I don’t see myself ordering again because a simple return turned into a hassle, and there didn’t seem to be much accountability for fixing it.

It felt a bit cheaper than I expected. I’m not totally convinced the quality will hold up over time
